Chocolate Bourbon (Irish) Coffee

Whipped Topping

  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Touch of Torani French Vanilla Syrup

Coffee Mixture

  • 3 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 oz Ballotin Chocolate Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Demerera Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Irish Butter
  • 3 oz Espresso
  1. Drop the Espresso on the bottom of the warmed mug.
  2. Make an emulsion (whip, mix, hardshake, etc) using the butter, cream, syrup and bourbon. Pour this over top the espresso.
  3. Top with Whipped Cream.

Not quite Irish as it is not using my normal Jameson, also the touch of Bourbon/Chocolate adds to the profile a lot.
