Whipped Topping
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Touch of Torani French Vanilla Syrup
Coffee Mixture
- 3 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 oz Ballotin Chocolate Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Demerera Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Irish Butter
- 3 oz Espresso
- Drop the Espresso on the bottom of the warmed mug.
- Make an emulsion (whip, mix, hardshake, etc) using the butter, cream, syrup and bourbon. Pour this over top the espresso.
- Top with Whipped Cream.
Not quite Irish as it is not using my normal Jameson, also the touch of Bourbon/Chocolate adds to the profile a lot.
