- 2 Cans Chicken Stock/Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Splash of Sherry
- 16oz Ground Italian Sausage
- Bacon
- 1/2 Sweet Onion
- 1 Head of Kale
- 1 Russet Potato
- 4 Red Potatoes
- 1 bunch of chives or green onions
- Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp MSG
- Brown the Italian Sausage in a large Soup Pot.
- Into a Blender add the following:
- 1 Peeled and chopped Russet Potato
- 2 Peeled and chopped Red Potatos
- 1 Can chicken stock/broth
- 1/2 Sweet Onion Chopped
- Spices
- Deglaze the brown on bottom of the Soup Pot with 1 Can Chicken Stock/Broth and a splash of Sherry.
- Chop Bacon into pieces and throw into pot.
- Cube the remaining 2 Red Potatoes and add to the pot.
- Add ripped kale and let soften.
Top with some minced/chopped chives in the bowl.
