Potato Soup Yaaaa

  • 2 Cans Chicken Stock/Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Splash of Sherry
  • 16oz Ground Italian Sausage
  • Bacon
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Head of Kale
  • 1 Russet Potato
  • 4 Red Potatoes
  • 1 bunch of chives or green onions
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp MSG
  1. Brown the Italian Sausage in a large Soup Pot.
  2. Into a Blender add the following:
    1. 1 Peeled and chopped Russet Potato
    2. 2 Peeled and chopped Red Potatos
    3. 1 Can chicken stock/broth
    4. 1/2 Sweet Onion Chopped
    5. Spices
  3. Deglaze the brown on bottom of the Soup Pot with 1 Can Chicken Stock/Broth and a splash of Sherry.
  4. Chop Bacon into pieces and throw into pot.
  5. Cube the remaining 2 Red Potatoes and add to the pot.
  6. Add ripped kale and let soften.

Top with some minced/chopped chives in the bowl.
