With the assistance of some lovely young ladies and their amazing cooking skills I was able to brew up a batch of a great Porter this evening. No pictures as I was pre-occupied ;), but I will have some fantastic shots of it later in the secondary as well as in my glass!
As with all of these posts, these are my first brews of these styles.
