Took a nice evening to recover after a pretty crazy month and headed on down to Slaters 50/50 with some friends of mine.
Besides Baconized Burgers and a glass of Delirium Nocturnum, I was able to enjoy the pleasure of some good ol fashion penny saving by making home made Wort Chillers. We saved a decent amount of money and headache by building ourselves and it came out really good. I may eventually make one with some more loops but for now 25 is good enough for my needs. I must admit it was a surprise to me from my good friend Nick and I didn’t get to get my hands dirty on this little one. It took Jack and Nick approximately 10 minutes to do the whole thing and the hardest part was getting the parts (which wasn’t all that hard also).
