- 1 1/2 Oz Campari
- 1 1/2 Oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3 Oz Soda Water (or as high as you please in the glass)
- Optional: Twist Lemon or Orange
As with anything Campari based, which my wife despises with all her being, this is a mixture of Dry, Bitter, Tart and Sweet. This is a classic cocktail which appears in the first James Bond book, Casino Royale (Big Ian Fleming fan here so I have a soft spot). It has an old class to it which I really appreciate and is incredibly simple to prepare. Give it a go and let me know what you think!
