- 1 oz Ramazatti Amaro
The story of the Doctors Thomas is one fraught with too many nights of R&D. This is an homage and yet a very real creation by my dearest friend Dr. Robert Thomas and His wife Dr. Julia Thomas. You may be seeing where the name came from.
In anticipation of their wedding they were seeking a crowd favorite of their favorite cocktails. Negroni’s and Boulvardier’s being favorites it was thought to go that route. The problem lay in that not everyone appreciates the bite that Campari brings to the party. In a stunning move of genius Campari was sacrificed to the sweeter herbal tastes of Ramazatti Amaro. The rest is history.
