- 11 lb 2-Row
- 8 lb Crystal 60L
- 5 lb Golden Promise
- 1 lb American Chocolate Malt
- 1 lb Lactose
- Adjuncts
- 2 Whole Vanilla Beans (Or Vanilla Powder)
- 1 oz Maltodextrin
- 4 oz Espresso (Or Cold Brew Coffee)
- Hops
- 60 Min – 1.5 oz Galena
- 10 Min – 2 oz Willamette
- WLP007 – White Labs – Dry English Ale Yeast
- ClarityFerm (Keepin the Celiac Wife Safe)
Target ABV 11%
Put this shit on Nitro… Just sayin.
It is heavy, sweet, malty, creamy and absolutely delicious. This is now my favorite beer to brew and I will be adjusting as time goes on.
