So woke up this morning to a wonderful glug glug hissing noising coming from the office… sure enough i lacked head space and i had to quickly create a nice extended blowoff airlock using some tubing and bucket I had handy. Note to self… remember the head space.
Handy little trick when these things occur, give it a shot if you dont have the room you need or if you have very excited yeast like i did.
