Well as I rushed out of my home for a family emergency my last thoughts were that of my scotched ale. Transferred to secondary and figured no harm to extra time pre-racking.
I am out and about in Idaho falls, Idaho and with my precious free time outside of obligations I intend on doing some fly fishing and beer investigation.
There is grand Tetons brewery outside of town and Idaho brewing inside. I’ll correct myself I’m sure later but I have tried Idaho brewing pale ale. Its crisp with a little more bittering hops than a light pale ale. All in all not bad finish. Warning though my pallet may be off as I have been in need of a good beer this week with all the craziness. More to come and I hope to get some pictures and shwag from the breweries themselves.
