As this was a rush attempt at bottling we had some slight issues in capacity and lack of equipment. due to this we lost a little bit over a gallon. All that remained was a single box of 12 22oz bottles and some misc 12oz bottles as well as overflow into temp containers which would not age. ALAS! a travesty. The week waiting for the bottling bucket would have been worthwhile but thus is the nature of oops moments.
