Green (Pink?) Beer Testing

I opened a bottle of the Pink Beer to taste its progression and check its carbonation. It is definitely a weak carbonation, but on the bright side its clearing up nicely and I am not seeing sediment for the most part. It is VERY green and by that I mean for a beer this sweet it is kinda intense. It has a lot of strong flavors of hibiscus so its fruity and mix that with the honey hit its very thick almost syrupy. Now when I say syrupy its an exaggeration of course but this beer has substance. I am going to recommend that when bottle conditioned (3 weeks + maybe an additional week for good measure) this should be drank ice cold and in a chilled pint glass. This is gonna be a great sunshine drink. It will go nicely with my prepared summer beers coming up.

Speaking of summer beers! I have my just plain ol WeizenBier I am planning on brewing and then I am going to make a very green and hoppy pale ale. Less so bitter and more so dry hopped. I shall dub it my Summer Hopgasm! More to come and I will be posting the bill soon enough (possible experiment with citrahops).
