So the situation is this… I was awake at 11 with Kim and talking and she noticed my priming sugar on my table in my office. Asks me what its for, my sleepy math made me think OMG I forgot to prime my Chocolate Stout! So I immediately grabbed a bottle at room temp and opened it… there was carbonation. Suffice to say we threw it in the freezer and has a tasting to calm my nerves and all is well. The chocolate stout has a nice subtle hint of coco and smooth full bodied taste. I am still really excited to try a variation on it with some vanilla added but that is a task for later. Lesson of the week… think before you drink!
