Wanted to give you an update on my pink drink experience. Well it rendered nicely. It is tart and a bit bitter, but that was to be expected. It has a wonderful peach aroma that is hard to beat and it hints towards sweetness which just isn’t there. I think a blend would do nicely with this one or a combination of non-fermentables. I back-sweetened with some fake sugars and got a pinker/reddish drink that worked well. More experimenting to come and not a total loss. Cheers!
