Today I started a tiny 64oz experiment. I am seeing what product i can render from a 64oz bottle of cran-peach juice. with the additives and the flavor already it should come out quite tart. not to mention have some really silly flavors. im hoping that i can render enough to sample as is, with carbonation and with age. if all turns out well i may convert to a large scale batch and up the ante. (this stuff is expensive so who knows).
