ESB? Stands for Easter Saison Beer.

So my ESB has three problems.

1.  The carbonation is not entirely consistent. Not consistent at all, really.

2. It fermented a bit warm. It has a lot of spicy notes that I don’t taste in most british beers.

3. It’s a touch sour. After the IPA I have in my bucket right now comes out (most likely a touch sour) I’ll be bleach bombing that damn thing.

It’s a decent tasting beer all the same. I enjoy saisons quite a bit and this beer turned out a spicy, yeasty, slightly sour malty brew.

Not what I was after, but beer is beer. Onward for brew!
