Happy Easter to everyone!
I celebrated the Resurrection of the lamb of God by eating lamb (ironic… I know). That and with a cool glass of my AHS Anniversary English Brown Ale. This was a trial test after only about 1-2 weeks in the bottle. Its crisp, malty, a tad on the sweet side (hoping it mellows with age) and has a great aroma. Nothing says Easter like chocolate and I had my filling in this little bad boy. Alas I did not think to take a picture, but I can guarantee a bottle will be opened on Wednesday when I brew up a batch of my AHS Amber Ale. Home-brew Wednesday will be a good’um this week!
