Pisco Sour

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Key Lime Syrup or 1oz Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice
  • 3 Dashes of Bitters (Float on top of cocktail)

Dry Shake the Egg white in a cocktail shaker.

Add in your Piscos, Simple Syrup and Key Lime Syrup. Top with Ice and shake hard (Bruised is the trick for the foggy profile)

Strain into a glass, top with a few dashes of bitters.
