- 5 Carolina Reapers (3 dried, 2 fresh)
- 1 Mad Hatter
- 2 Baby bell Peppers
- 10 Habaneros
- 2 tbsp honey fermented garlic cloves (the fermented cloves)
- 2 tbsp olive oil marinated garlic cloves (the marinated cloves)
- 3 green guavas trimmed
- 2 fresh lemon guavas trimmed
- 4 tabasco peppers
- 6 cups of water
- 6 tsp salt
The above recipe is a naturally fermented hot sauce. This requires only ingredients fermenting in a salt brine and a blender. This creates a vinegary substance with a kick.
