Honey Guava Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce

  • 5 Carolina Reapers (3 dried, 2 fresh)
  • 1 Mad Hatter
  • 2 Baby bell Peppers
  • 10 Habaneros
  • 2 tbsp honey fermented garlic cloves (the fermented cloves)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil marinated garlic cloves (the marinated cloves)
  • 3 green guavas trimmed
  • 2 fresh lemon guavas trimmed
  • 4 tabasco peppers
  • 6 cups of water
  • 6 tsp salt

The above recipe is a naturally fermented hot sauce. This requires only ingredients fermenting in a salt brine and a blender. This creates a vinegary substance with a kick.
