  • 2oz Scotch
  • 3/4oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish with a Luxardo Cherry

Not bad as far as scotch based cocktails go. Id recommend a cask strength scotch or a very full bodied scotch. I would NOT recommend a very peaty scotch. This works well as a sweeter Speyside scotch (this is in complete contradiction to the Dewars you see in my photo, ill be honest I’m just using to reduce).
