- 1oz Scotch
- 1oz Dry Vermouth
- 1oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Twist of Lemon
This is a nicely balanced cocktail if you enjoy the taste of dry vermouth. It comes through fairly strong and is offset with the sweetness add from the Sweet vermouth (duh). I would play with it and add more of a Cask Strength scotch or a stronger flavored than your run of the mill Dewars (which is what i used). Alternatively just up the Scotch to 1.5oz.
Not what I would call a day to day cocktail, but nice all the same if you want to try scotch cocktails.
