I&#8217;m not entirely certain this isn&#8217;t the advice of a raging alcoholic, but I&#8217;m willing to learn to keep something constantly fermenting and serving.<\/p>\n<p>Today I bottled 5 gallons of an Austin Homebrew Supplies Anniversary English Brown. I got this mash together about 14 days ago and it\u2019s got a great smell to it. \u00a0The FG on it was right around 1.014 which is a smidge off from the expected 1.015, but I am ok with it. \u00a0After that I had to try out my new wine yeasts with making two 2.5 gallon batches of Apfelwein using the baseline Ed Wort&#8217;s recipe we all love so much. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the past I have used my own choice of yeast via the Pasteur Champagne Yeast by Red Star, but this time I went traditional with one 2.5gallon batch and used the Montrachet Yeast.
