My Centennial Hop&#8217;s are taking off!<\/p>\n<p>Pardon the finger!!!<\/p>\n<p>I have reduced my watering down to maybe 2-3 times a week depending on the heat. Southern California seems to be decent for hop growing, but as per conversations with some far more experienced industry brewers I know there are specific types which do much better here including Fuggle which I may start a second one at some point.<\/p>\n<p>Either way progress is being made and I HIGHLY recommend people taking this up if you are a home brewer, it is going to be the most satisfying feeling brewing a beer with my very own hops.
