I decided to just randomly pick one and what a random pick it was.<\/p>\n<p>I ended up picking a sour brown ale by name of &#8220;Duchesse De Bourgogne&#8221;. It had a really good sour start and crisp feeling to it this all followed by a nice sweet finish that as described had a nice malty flavor to it.  <a href=\"http:\/\/beeradvocate.com\/beer\/profile\/641\/1745\/\" title=\"Duchesse De Bourgogne @ Beer Advocate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Duchesse De Bourgogne @ Beer Advocate<\/a><\/p>\n<p>So I have decided the lineup, but not quite the bill&#8217;s. Upcoming will be my basic Heffeweizen, followed by flat fermented hard cider using brown sugar and cinnamon to prepare for my fall\/winter season and all of this followed up with a small 3 gallon batch of an undecided Mead! Good times all around!
