It was smokey, malty, dusty and lightly bitter. &nbsp;Sadly it&nbsp;isn&#8217;t&nbsp;fully carbonated yet and it&nbsp;doesn&#8217;t&nbsp;have the head retention i was expecting.<\/p>\n<p>Topping the evening off I transferred the Amber ale into the secondary.
