This is part of my February batch as I am avoiding the January like the plague due to its limited edition&#8217;ness. The quality is great even though I used Mott&#8217;s rather than Martinelli&#8217;s. The carbonation is fantastic, while not anywhere close to what Matt is seeing apparently, and gives me a wonderful finish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun Fact From Future AJ 11\/19:\u00a0<\/strong>These bottles became precious commodities. It really rams home that if you make Apfelwein, store it properly (or improperly) and just let it sit for years it becomes magical. I have maybe 1-2 bottles of these first batches left and really the bite tones down, becomes deceptively easy to drink and just all around incredible. I would recommend to set aside a few bottles of each batch for the long haul and drink 5-10 years down the line.
