{"id":1167,"date":"2020-07-31T20:09:35","date_gmt":"2020-08-01T04:09:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.ajgonzo.com\/?p=1167"},"modified":"2025-11-21T18:51:48","modified_gmt":"2025-11-21T18:51:48","slug":"kristys-favorite-gluten-free-death-by-chocolate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.ajgonzo.com\/?p=1167","title":{"rendered":"Kristy&#8217;s Favorite Gluten Free Death By Chocolate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2 Cup Water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 Cup Oil (Vegetable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cup Sour Cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Box Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix (Betty Crockers Fudge Cake Mix if Gluten is Ok)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Packet Jello Instant Pudding (3.4oz Chocolate Fudge)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Bag 12oz Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips 60%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powdered Sugar for Dusting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vegetable Oil for Greasing pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extra Gluten Free Flour for dusting pan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat Oven to 325\u00b0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix Water, Oil, Sour Cream &amp; Eggs into a mixing bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix Cake Mix and Instant Pudding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add Dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate Chocolate Chips into the Mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grease and Flour a Bundt Pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour Mix into Bundt Pan and Distribute evenly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 1 Hour @ 325\u00b0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from oven and let rest on wire rack for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invert and Remove from pan onto serving plate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dust with Powdered Sugar!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>My Mom use to make this for every Birthday growing up. It was only natural that I converted this recipe when diagnosed with Celiac Disease. No actual difference in quality was found.
