{"id":1020,"date":"2020-01-08T22:44:51","date_gmt":"2020-01-09T06:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.ajgonzo.com\/?p=1020"},"modified":"2020-01-08T22:44:51","modified_gmt":"2020-01-09T06:44:51","slug":"chocolate-bourbon-irish-coffee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.ajgonzo.com\/?p=1020","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate Bourbon (Irish) Coffee"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Whipped Topping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heavy Whipping Cream<\/li><li>Touch of Torani French Vanilla Syrup<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coffee Mixture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 oz Heavy Whipping Cream<\/li><li>1 oz Ballotin Chocolate Bourbon<\/li><li>1\/2 oz Demerera Syrup<\/li><li>1\/2 tbsp Irish Butter<\/li><li>3 oz Espresso<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Drop the Espresso on the bottom of the warmed mug.<\/li><li>Make an emulsion (whip, mix, hardshake, etc) using the butter, cream, syrup and bourbon.
