Binging With Babish<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oliver Babish, aka Andrew Rea, is an inspiration with his YouTube Series Binging with Babish<\/a>. I grew up watching Alton Brown and loving all the science, breakdown and discussion about food. I feel an intense familiarity between Alton and Andrew. Andrew has fun and provides a fantastic visual overview of what he is working on. The best part is he is humble about his success. He doesn’t consider himself a Chef or worthy of that title. If you are a regular Joe then this is a fantastic way to get into cooking. His Basics with Babish are a great way to break down the fundamentals of cooking as well. Go check him out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BA Test Kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ooof the BA Test Kitchen<\/a> I don’t have as much to say other than I just really damn enjoy these series. It is for sure more of a formal\/professional group, but they just love what they are doing. Brad Leone is my spirit animal and I hope to God someday I am as genuinely upbeat as he is!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amazon.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is pure and simple me acknowledging that I buy and support Amazon way too much. I love that I can get practically anything and everything I need. Amazon Fresh brings it to my door and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Hosts all my work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Smoker King<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not a expert smoker. All I do is use family recipes, wing it and basically reference websites. In the land of smoking meat I find myself more often than naught referencing The Smoker King<\/a>. These guys break down some solid recipes and techniques. If you are interested in making things smokey and delicious. Check them out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
